Terms of Use for MeowMi - Cat Tracker & Care

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the MeowMi - Cat Tracker & Care mobile application (“App”), operated by Market2I, located at:

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Agreement with the Developer

These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Market2I, not with Apple Inc.

Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.

2. Use of the App

MeowMi - Cat Tracker & Care provides tools for managing pet-related information, including storing pet details and photos.

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse or interfere with the App’s functionality
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

3. User Content

The App allows you to input and store content, including:

• Pet-related information
• Photos of your pet

You retain ownership of your content.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the rights to upload any content
• Not uploading illegal, harmful, or inappropriate material

We do not claim ownership of your content.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

• User-provided data (such as pet information and photos) is used only to provide app functionality
• This data is not used for advertising or tracking
• We do not share your personal content with third parties

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services such as:

• Firebase
• AppsFlyer

These services may process limited technical data to support app functionality, analytics, and performance.

Additional services (such as the Facebook SDK) may be added in the future.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer premium features via subscriptions or in-app purchases.

• Payments are processed by Apple App Store
• Subscription terms (including pricing and duration) are displayed داخل the App before purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings

We do not have access to your payment details.

7. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will always be available or error-free
• The App will meet all your expectations

Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market2I shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or content
• Issues arising from the use or inability to use the App

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
